The overall stay was good only thing I felt was the staff is sometimes too busy as the guests are many in the hotel one of the best hotels available in this town .

Proprty is a very good, welcoming staff, clean and neat surroundings, breakfast buffet is filling, basement car parking, and tge temple is very near, would recommend to take an auto to visit the temple if travel-ling in dec-jan, as it gets overwhelmingly crowded! overall highly recommended

While the location is good, close to the temple, everything else is below par. If they have the temerity to charge 5-star hotel prices then they should step up to the plate and provide services and amenities of that standard. They are charging like they are a ritz carlton hotel but only a glorified 2 star motel level property! the first room they offered us was musty and moldy. The second room they offered was better but still somewhat musty. We had to take it since they were pretty much sold out. The room was missing shampoo, shower cap and soap. The toilet paper was almost done as was the tissues in the tissue box. They don’t have vanity kits. No slippers or bathrobes were in the rooms. They don’t know what decaf tea or coffee, or herbal teas are. They would rather you eat the buffet. If you order ala carte it will take over 45-60 minutes. They have a highly touted afternoon tea which consists of biscuits, tea and coffee. Why offer such a farcical high tea, just so you can say you offer complimentary high tea!

The stay was very comfortable, the only thing which needs improvement (massive) is the food. The quality of the food needs an improvement although the freshness of the food was good. But given the local constraints and other hotels available in the area, you might not have better alternatives.

Located on the highway to rameshwaram, the hotel is extremely well appointed. Spacious rooms, clean and conformable and staff at the front office and restaurant were very hospitable. Rooms had all the amenities that one would expect from a property like this.
